It’s officially summer, which means it’s event season! Here are some cool events to look forward to near Canoga Park.<\/p>\n
Summer Fest: <\/strong><\/p>\n August 29 – 30, 2015<\/b> .<\/p>\n Palmdale Ranch – Palmdale, CA 93551<\/b><\/p>\n This year will extra special with special performance opening with a march for homeless. This will be a great carnival with a beer garden and 250 booths. This is one of the Biggest 2 day summer events . Over 50,000 will be at this event with over a hundred vendors, all day stage acts for kids & family for two days.<\/p>\n Sundance Next Fest<\/strong><\/p>\n August 7-9 <\/strong><\/p>\n Ace Hotel, Downtown, Los Angeles <\/strong><\/p>\n If you’re crazy about film and music the Sundance Next Fest is the event for you! The film Festival will be showing between August 7th and 9th at the refurbished and historic Theatre at the Ace Hotel in downtown Los Angeles, so you get to experience the Sundance fun without having to travel miles away!<\/p>\n Highlights include the always wonderful Sharon Van Etten alongside a screening of Rick Alverson’s Entertainment<\/strong><\/em> (starring John C Reilly and Michael Cera amongst others), and the post-apocalyptic adventure film Turbo Kid<\/strong><\/em> with music from Neon Indian and Toro Y Moi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" It’s officially summer, which means it’s event season!
